        Chef William El Dbaissy, the renowned culinary artist, comes from a family of chefs and cooks. Chef William’s father and relatives, both of whom were traditional Lebanese chefs, ran high end hotels and owned several restaurants in Lebanon helping them become some of the most popular Middle Eastern Chefs. Inspired by his family legacy, Chef William preserved and exceeded his family traditions by spreading exquisite Lebanese cuisine worldwide.


His passion and curiosity for the culinary arts has taken him around the world in search of new cuisines, and taste of bizarre foods; all of which have added to his experience and expertise. In addition to his commitment to culinary excellence, Chef William has created more than 1200 healthy recipes. He has used this knowledge in creating an international fusion of traditional Lebanese cuisine with Italian, French, Mexican, Japanese and Chinese. Amongst many culinary branches, Chef William also works with French Bakery, Patisserie, Arabic Sweets, Food & Fruit decoration, Carving, Gastronomy and Molecular food; which has become one of his favorites.


Chef William’s eventful journey began in 1997 when he began touring with a unique culinary style throughout the Middle East in Beirut, Dubai Saudi Arabia and also Europe; Paris, Barcelona, during which he train the winner team of European Catering Cup 2011. Recently he has settled in Canada as the Corporate Executive Chef for “Paramount Fine Foods” and opened over 40 locations. Winner of the first place in the Celebrity Chef Challenge Canada 2016. Prior to his work with Paramount Fine Foods, he worked as the personal Chef for many celebrities and high profile names like: H.R.H Saudi King and H.R.H Prince Al Walid Bin Talal.


Chef William first premiered into media with his own TV show in Saudi Arabia in 2006, and currently he hosts several food-themed shows on various Canadian channels (Rogers TV, Global News, CHCH TV.); has been interviewed by several Arabic & Canadian newspapers, jury of cooking competitions; and has been presenting chef demos in public events.


Chef William entitled  THE COOKING WIZARD in 2016 and he’s an active member in the “Union of Lebanese Cooking’s Guild U.L.C.G”, “World Association of Chefs Societies W.A.C.S”, “Canadian Culinary Federation C.C.F.C.C” and “American Chef Federation A.C.F”…
